Life without flaws?,

Nowadays, beauty is at the top of a woman's wishlist. Their craze is only for miracles that could turn them into a living-sized barbie doll; well-defined features, perfect complexion and gorgeously flawless skin. To achieve such, do take a look at the following tips below.

1. Wash your face regularly plus toner
Its best that we keep our face dust and oil-free by washing them regularly with facial foam of your own choice. This would reduce the amount of excessive sebum that could block our pores and increase the risk of an acne prone skin. As you all might known, open pores are prone to dirt and bacterias. Therefore, do not forget to apply your toner, this helps to create a protective layer for the open pores after washing.

2. Moisturize it
For a healthy glow, skin would need to be moisturized. Not only that it would make your skin smooth and supple, it makes applying your foundation/powder a little more easier. Applying foundation would be as smooth as on silk and it won't look too cakey on your skin either. And moisturizer should smell best, feels best and goes on without that greasy feeling on your skin.

3. Vitamins are food to your skin
In fact, washing your face alone does not work for stubborn acnes or blemishes. There are more to be done internally by taking in vitamins which flushes those toxics from your body, leaving you with a healthy blood circulation system. It is well known that vitamin C and E are essential to beauty. Vitamin C are those which you could find in citrus fruits like oranges. Green leafy vegetables like spinach are then full of vitamin E. In conlusion, vitamins are a definite source for a beautiful skin.

4. Drink plenty of water
As recommended by most doctors, water is essential to our body. Therefore in order to have that beautiful and glowing skin, do keep up with drinking at least 8 glasses of water everyday. :)

I hope these beauty tips could somehow motivate us, girls to be a little more cautious with our daily beauty regimes. Not only will it benefit us with a good health, it would definitely give us that extra boost to our confidence level too.
